We prepared an essential checklist for you to review before starting. With everything configured, you'll be ready to go to market and scale your sales!

1. Visual Identity

Make sure the following items have been set up:

  • Domain: Is your custom link (e.g.: <my-subdomain>.<my-domain>.com.br or <my-subdomain>.bolten.io) already working correctly?

  • Logo: Add the logo that will be displayed on the client's screen. Tip: Use an image with a transparent background (PNG) for a more professional finish.

  • Favicon: Set the browser tab icon for your domain or subdomain.

  • Brand colors: Check that the color palette and system buttons are aligned with your visual identity.

2. Billing Model Configuration

  • Choose the billing model you would like to adopt.

  • If you chose the 70/30 model, access the link in the Forms on the yellow bar at the top of your Partner Area and fill it out.

    • Note: the yellow bar will disappear only when the data is recorded and approved by Pagarme

  • If you choose the pass-through model, contact the team at (11) 99829-2021 and request the change.

3. Tools Configuration

  • WhatsApp: Make sure the WhatsApp tool is present in the Template

  • Actions Configuration: Check that the automations are active. Without them, new contacts will not be converted into opportunities in the Sales Funnel.

  • Funnel Structuring: Have the phases of your sales process been defined and organized?

  • AI Agent Training: You can get a head start by creating a structured "base" prompt, even before having active clients. That way, when a new project is started, you only need to fill in the particulars and niche-specific information, gaining speed in implementation.

  • Add the rest of the tools that interest your clients.

4. Simulation

Before finishing, run a complete simulation of the customer journey to ensure everything works as expected:

Send a message to the connected number and check if:

  1. The message was received in the system.

  2. The contact was created automatically.

  3. The card was generated in the correct stage of the Sales Funnel.

  4. The AI Agent is responding appropriately and accurately.

  5. Test the keywords registered in Conversion Management
