Here you will understand how to deactivate a client's access on the platform
Access Management: Total Control over User Permissions
In your Partner Area, you have complete autonomy to manage who accesses the projects and what the level of visibility of each team member is. To make these adjustments, you can navigate either through the Dashboard (locating the template and clicking the "View Users" button for the specific client) or directly through the Clients tab, where you will find the list of all active projects for a more direct search.
When you enter the Access tab of the selected project, you will see the list of registered users and their current permissions. Control is exercised through two main markers: Manager status and Active License. This distinction creates an important hierarchy, where the Manager has broad control and visibility, while the regular user sees only what is allowed.
To restrict the scope of a collaborator's role without removing them from the system, simply uncheck the Manager option; they will continue accessing the platform, but with limited view. However, if the goal is to completely remove access — preventing the person from logging in, viewing data or sending messages — it is necessary to deactivate both options: remove the manager status and revoke the active license.
