Getting Started Guide: Turn Bolten into Your Own Platform
To begin your journey as a partner, the central concept you must master is the Model. A model is a set of tools, branding and pricing that you define. When a client signs up through that model's link, they subscribe to the plan exactly as you configured it.
Here is the logical roadmap to set up, test and sell your platform:
Business Model Definition (Billing)
There are two ways to manage your earnings:
70/30 Model: Bolten charges your end customer with a transparent checkout (branded as yours). You keep 70% of the gross amount on a recurring basis, receiving it via automatic anticipation in about two business days. This model already includes a 7-day free trial period for the customer.
Pass-through Model: Bolten charges fixed amounts from you for each tool used (e.g.: R$ 20 per CRM user, R$ 60 for the AI Agent). In this case, you are responsible for charging your customer as you wish. In this model, you can choose to "activate" your clients' projects after the first 7 days, or not. If you choose not to activate, clients from that Model will not be counted in the active projects tally for the month.
Brand Customization (White Label)
You can configure platform access in two ways:
Free subdomain: Your brand will appear as
yourbrand.bolten.io.Fully customized domain: You use your own domain (e.g.:
app.youragency.com.br), removing any mention of Bolten and strengthening your authority.Visual Identity: In the model editor, upload your logo (light and dark modes), set the favicon and choose button colors so the system has the "look" of your business.
Tool Configuration
You don't need to build anything from scratch; the platform offers ready-made templates that are tried experiments. In them, you can:
Adjust the Sales Funnel: Create new statuses and fields in the Kanban.
Configure the "Actions!": Define actions so that when a message arrives in WhatsApp, a contact or opportunity is created automatically.
Price: Set how much each user or company will pay for the tools (CRM, AI Agent and Conversions). Remember to set the price before sending the link to the customer.
Scaling Sales
With the model validated, your only task is to distribute the invite link. You can put it in your Instagram bio, in video descriptions or create a landing page with different plans, where each button leads to a specific model.
If you need exclusive customizations for a specific client after the sale, you can go to the Clients tab and edit their project individually, without changing the default model for other users.
