Your client, or you, must be included in a Project, that is, must be a Client on the platform.
The project you are included in must contain the WhatsApp tool
Step by step:
Open your project and click on the WhatsApp tool
Scan the QR code that appears on the screen
Done! You can now chat with the contacts that reach this number!
