Adding Users: Expand the Project Team

The need to include new members in an already existing project, such as adding an extra attendant for a specific client, is a common routine. This process can be carried out in two ways:

  • Directly through your administrative panel.

  • Delegating authority to the client themselves.

Through your Partner Panel, management is centralized.

  • You must access the Clients list, enter the desired project and navigate to the Accesses tab. By clicking "More User", you will have two invitation options: generate a single link (which expires in 24 hours and directs to immediate registration in the project) or send the invitation directly to the person’s email.

Aiming for scalability, the system allows the client themselves to manage this, without depending on you for each new registration.

  • From the client's view, simply access the Access Management menu and click "More User". The invitation tools (link or email) are exactly the same available in the partner panel.

When adding new members, you gain flexibility in organizing the team. It is possible to define profiles of Managers (who see everything) or Non-Managers (with restricted access and limited functions). In addition, adding users allows the creation of specific groups for service queues, optimizing task distribution.
