To manage who sees what on the platform, you must configure the permissions directly in the existing Project, and not in the Model, since real users only exist in the project. In the Accesstab, the distinction is fundamental: the Manager maintains an unrestricted, panoramic view of everything, while the Non-Manager may have their scope limited, viewing only the conversations and opportunities that belong to them.
The practical setup begins in the WhatsApp tool. By enabling the "Limit scope to the responsible" option, you ensure the privacy of interactions: once a conversation is assigned to a user (either manually or by queue), it disappears from the screens of other Non-Manager collaborators, remaining visible only to the responsible user.
To close the loop, apply the same logic to the Sales Funnel, also limiting its visual scope. It is crucial to go to the Actions tab and enable the "Update responsible when assigned in WhatsApp" function. This synchronizes the tools: when taking over a chat, the seller automatically becomes the owner of the opportunity in the funnel, preventing other users without manager permission from seeing or interfering in that deal. Always remember to save changes.
