How much does it cost to implement Bolten for your clients?
At Bolten, there is no implementation cost for your white label software. That is, there is no cost to the partner for environment setup, domain customization or infrastructure.
That's right - the implementation cost is zero for those who want to configure and resell Bolten. You can start configuring and reselling your CRM right after signing up!
Bolten partners also get a free testing environment to simulate CRM use by their clients.
If the partner wants to simulate a 100% real client flow, a 7-day trial period with a legitimate client account is also provided, at no additional cost.
Who pays for the use of the platform?
The way Bolten monetizes its use is by charging the payer (end client or partner) directly for the use of the tools.
To understand who pays for the use of the system, it is necessary to understand which use case it fits within the set of services offered by the partner.
Bolten has two service modalities - direct sale or software provider.
In the direct sale, the payer is the end client. This payment is made directly to Bolten on a monthly basis via credit card. And you, the partner, as the software provider receive a commission of up to 70% of the charged amount, automatically.
In the software provider model, the one who pays for the use of the CRM is the partner. This modality is useful for partners who have a set of clients with their own already consolidated product portfolio, where the CRM would become one more of those products. In this flow, usually the end client is already loyal to the agency, paying a monthly fee for the services it already offers.
Direct sales model - Bolten charges the client
After the trial period ends, your client is directed to the Pagar.me payment page, our payment partner.
There, they make the payment by credit card, and you, partner, automatically receive 70% of the amount.
This model is for those who want to increase their revenue sources, earning 70% of the price Bolten charges for the projects, on a recurring basis.
The amount charged to the end client is defined by you, starting from a minimum value for the implemented tools. See more in the section #the-cost-per-tool
Software provider model - Bolten charges the partner
Manage your clients' trial period by billing model. By enabling Automatic Activation, the system converts the trial into an active subscription after 7 days. Without it, the client is deactivated at the end of the period, avoiding unwanted charges and making it easier to control your operation.

Note: if you already have active clients and have not enabled this setting, it is possible to "activate" a project within the Clients tab in the Partner Area.

In this scenario, the charged amount has three parts: one that depends on the number of users and two that do not:
To use the CRM tools, the cost is R$ 20.00* per user every month.
The AI agent has a minimum price of R$ 60.00* per month, regardless of the number of users (for up to 500 interactions). In other words, it is charged per Project, not per user (a Project can have more than one user).
Conversion Management has a minimum price of R$ 20.00*, the same as the CRM. However, it is not charged by the number of users. This tool is also charged per Project.
Social Media Management has a minimum price of R$ 60.00*. However, it is not charged by the number of users. This tool is also charged per Project.
All amounts are calculated based on the minimum price of the tools.

To illustrate, we have three possible project scenarios below:

Payment is made monthly, via bank slips issued and sent by Bolten's commercial team.
Cost per tool
Here at Bolten, we differentiate four main tools: the CRM with WhatsApp, the Chatbot with AI, Social Media Management and Conversion Management. Each of them has its own minimum price and specific pricing method.
The CRM

The minimum price that can be charged to your client for the CRM is R$ 20.00*. From that minimum, you can charge whatever amount you want.
This flexibility in billing opens two possibilities:
Bolten charges the client the price you set in the Partner Area and passes 70% on to you.
Or you, the partner, absorb this single price from your clients and pass the value on to Bolten, keeping the remainder.

The Chatbot with Artificial Intelligence
For this tool, unlike the CRM, the price does not vary with the number of users or the volume of messages, provided the volume of interactions remains up to 500 conversations per month.
To see the tool's usage during the period, just go to the project's settings panel and click on Billing.

The tool's minimum price is R$ 60.00*. As with the CRM, you can charge whatever amount you want from the minimum. To change it, just go to the same pricing screen of the Model.

If the monthly volume of interactions exceeds 500 conversations, our commercial team will contact you to revalidate the tool's price.
Conversion Management
The conversion management tool helps the Partner understand which lead sources are most interesting for their client's business!
Its pricing, similar to the Chatbot with AI, does not vary with the number of users; it only has a minimum price of R$ 20.00* and, from there, the Partner can charge the price they wish.

Social Media Management
The social media management tool allows approving, scheduling and tracking social media metrics.
Its pricing, similar to Conversions, does not vary with the number of users; it only has a minimum price of R$ 10.00* and, from there, the Partner can charge the price they wish.

The client has a volume close to 400 conversations per month, needs to organize these leads with the CRM and understand where they are coming from. Additionally, there will be two users on the project.
For this client, the project is provided with the following pricing:

That is:
R$ 20.00 per user per month for the CRM
R$ 100.00 per month for the AI agent
R$ 40.00 per month for conversion tracking
In this case, the total to be paid by the client will be R$ 180.00 per month, because:
R$ 40.00 (2 users x R$ 20.00) for the CRM
R$ 100.00 for the AI agent
R$ 40.00 for Conversion Management
Of this total, you, the partner, would receive R$ 126.00, corresponding to 70% of the amount.
Bolten charging the partner
In another situation, you, the partner, decide to absorb the price and charge R$ 360.00 for the complete model (CRM + AI Service Agent + Conversions), with 2 users. In this case, the amount you pass on to Bolten would be the minimum of the three tools, that is, R$ 120.00 (R$ 40.00 for the CRM + R$ 60.00 for the agent + R$ 20.00). Leaving R$ 240.00 for you, the partner.
Bolten charging the client
The client has a volume close to 400 conversations per month, needs to organize these leads via the CRM and understand where they come from. Additionally, there will be two users on the project. For this client, the project is offered with the following price:

That is:
$70.00 MXN per user per month for the CRM
$340.00 MXN per month for the AI agent
$140.00 MXN per month for conversion tracking
In this case, the total to be paid by the client will be $620.00 MXN per month, since:
$140.00 MXN (2 users x $70.00) for the CRM
$340.00 MXN for the AI agent
$140.00 MXN for Conversion Management
Of this total, for you as partner, $434.00 MXN would remain, which corresponds to 70% of the amount.
Bolten charging the partner
In another situation, you as partner decide to absorb the cost and charge $1,240.00 MXN for the complete model (CRM + AI Agent + Conversions) with 2 users. In this case, the amount you transfer to Bolten would be the minimum of the three tools, that is, $420.00 MXN ($140.00 for the CRM + $210.00 for the Agent + $70.00 for conversions). Leaving $820.00 MXN profit for you, partner.
Bolten charging the client
The client has a volume close to 400 conversations per month, needs to organize these leads via the CRM and understand where they come from. Additionally, there will be two users on the project. For this client, the project is offered with the following price:

That is:
$15,000 COP per user per month for the CRM
$70,000 COP per month for the AI agent
$30,000 COP per month for conversion tracking
In this case, the total to be paid by the client will be $130,000 COP per month, since:
$30,000 COP (2 users x $15,000) for the CRM
$70,000 COP for the AI agent
$30,000 COP for Conversion Management
Of this total, for you as partner, $91,000 COP would remain, which corresponds to 70% of the amount.
Bolten charging the partner
In another situation, you as partner decide to absorb the cost and charge $250,000 COP for the complete model (CRM + AI Agent + Conversions) with 2 users. In this case, the amount you transfer to Bolten would be the minimum of the three tools, that is, $90,000 COP ($30,000 for the CRM + $45,000 for the agent + $15,000 for conversions). Leaving $160,000 COP profit for you, partner.
