Creation
The first step to bring a client to the platform is to access your Partner Area and click on Dashboard.
There, you will find your Templates area. A Template is nothing more than a pre-configured set of branding, pricing, tools and visual identity (for example, one template for clinics and another for law firms). It is from this prior customization that you will define which environment is the most suitable for your client's needs.
Sending the Invitation and Client Autonomy: A great advantage of the process is that you, as a partner, do not need to create a login and password manually for your client. To invite them, simply select the desired template (e.g., "CRM without AI Chatbot") and click the "Invite!" button. The system will generate a unique share link. Your only task is to copy that link and send it to the client. It is through that link that the client themselves will register and create their own access credentials.
Confirmation and Client View: As soon as the client clicks the link and finishes registration, you can return to your list of templates and reload the page; the client's name will appear listed within that project, confirming the success of the operation. On the client's side, they will have immediate access only to the tools you configured in that template (such as WhatsApp, products or tasks). In addition, the system will already begin counting the trial period and, later, charging the monthly per-user fee that you set when creating the template.
Customization
Project Personalization: Specific Adjustments per Client
While editing the template sets the default for new entrants, adjustments to already active clients require an individual approach. Changes made to the general settings do not apply retroactively; therefore, to modify an existing project, whether to update a tool or change a visual detail, it is necessary to access each client's dashboard separately.
The path begins in your Partner Area, within the Dashboardtab. Upon locating the desired template, the key step is not to click "Settings" (which would change the global template), but rather to focus on the Clientssection. Find the specific company that needs adjustments and click the orange View Users.
When accessing this area, you enter the exclusive editing environment for that project. The interface is similar to the template's, allowing you to change the visual identity (logos and colors) and configure tools and actions that may differ from the original standard. Additionally, this panel is where you view financial details, such as the active billing method, the chatbot status, and the access management for that specific project.
