Ads connection
Here you will learn, briefly and quickly, how to integrate the platform with Meta's Ads Manager
Perfect, the adjustment in Step 1 is crucial because it already filters what will appear later.
Here is the final refined version for you to upload today, already including the Conversions component and the Source detail:
🔗 Meta Ads Integration (CAPI)
Connect your CRM funnel directly to Meta. With the Conversions API (CAPI), Bolten automatically sends conversion events (leads, purchases, sign-ups) to optimize your campaigns.
⚠️ Visibility Requirement
For a component to appear in the Meta Ads integration list, it needs to follow one of these rules:
Kanban: Must have a "Won" status configured in Special fields.
Conversions: The Conversions Management component is already enabled by default.
🛠️ How to Configure in 4 Steps
1. Prepare the Trigger (Status or Source)
Before integrating, make sure your components are ready to send data:
In Kanban: Go to Settings > Special fields and define which column is the "Won" status.
In Conversions: Make sure the Conversion Sources (e.g., WhatsApp, Form) are already registered.
2. Access Integrations
In your project's side menu, go to:
Settings > Integrations > Meta Ads.
3. Meta Technical Data
Click "+ New" and fill in the keys for your ad account:
Pixel ID: Identification of your Pixel on Meta.
Access Token: Generated in Meta Business Manager.
Event Type: How Meta should read this conversion (e.g.: Lead or Purchase).
4. Selection and Activation
Choose the component that will send the data:
If you choose Kanban: Select the properties you want to send (Email and Phone are automatic).
If you choose Conversions: You must check the Conversion Sources that will be mapped. If left blank, the system will consider all sources.
Mark as "Active" and click Save.
🔍 How to validate if it's working?
You don't need to wait for campaigns to run. On the integration page in Bolten, use the Runs tab. There you will see in real time if the data was sent and if Meta returned any authentication or format errors.
📍 Where to find the data on Meta?
Access the Events Manager in Facebook Business.
In Data Sources, copy the Pixel ID.
The Token is generated in the Pixel "Settings" tab, in the "Conversions API" section (Generate access token).
