Template Editing: Standardize and Scale Your Offering
Template editing is the core feature where you pre-configure a standard framework ("shell") that will be replicated to your clients through the invitation link.
The entire process takes place in your Partner Area: access the Dashboard menu, locate the desired template — whether new or pre-existing — and click Settings.
It is essential to understand the scope of these changes: edits made to the template apply exclusively to new clients and future entrants. Projects that are already active and in operation do not undergo automatic modifications, ensuring that the structure of current users remains unchanged.
Within the settings:
Information allows you to customize the system's visual identity (logos and colors).
Tools: you define the technical behavior. It is important to note the distinction between components: while features like the Sales Funnel allow detailed editing of fields and actions directly in the template, others, such as the WhatsApp structure, have more restricted configurations, being adjustable only in the final project.
Pricing: allows you to set the amounts charged to new users who enter the system after this update.
Clients: you retain full control, viewing a list of all companies that are using the template created in your dashboard.
