### Dashboard

The Dashboard is the main screen of your Partner Area. This is where you view and manage all your **Models**.

#### What is a Model?

A Model is a preconfigured set of tools, branding, pricing, and structure that you build once and replicate for as many clients as you want. For example, you can have a model aimed at medical clinics and another for law offices — each with different settings.

#### What you can do in the Dashboard

* **View your Models:** all the models you created appear here, organized in cards.
* **Invite clients:** each model has a **Invite!** button that generates a sharing link. Just send it to your client — they will sign up and create their credentials themselves. Learn more about client creation in [Client creation and customization](https://bolten.gitbook.io/bolten-docs/manual-de-uso-da-plataforma/criacao-e-customizacao-de-clientes).

* **Configure a Model:** by clicking **Settings** in a model card, you access the customization options: branding (logo and colors), enabled tools, and pricing. * **Access the edit view:** within the model settings, you can click **Access edit view** to see how the system **will appear** to your client — without having to create a test account. * **Manage clients for a model:** below each model, you find the list of companies using that model. By clicking the orange button **View Users** for a specific client, you enter that project's exclusive edit environment.

Clients that are already active are not affected. To adjust an existing project, access the client individually through the Dashboard or the Clients tab.

### Clients

The tab **Clients** offers a consolidated view of all active projects in your operation, regardless of the model they belong to. While the Dashboard organizes clients by model, here you have a direct and practical list to quickly find any company.

#### What you can do in the Clients tab

* **Search for a specific client:** ideal when you need to find a company without remembering which model it's linked to.

* **Manage access:** within a client's project, the **Access** tab lets you add or remove users, set Manager permissions, or revoke licenses. Learn more in [How to remove a client's access](https://bolten.gitbook.io/bolten-docs/manual-de-uso-da-plataforma/como-tirar-o-acesso-de-um-cliente).

 ```
* **Delete projects:** when necessary, you can remove an entire project or delete a client from your base. Learn more in [How to delete a project](https://bolten.gitbook.io/bolten-docs/manual-de-uso-da-plataforma/como-deletar-um-projeto).
> **Tip:** the Clients tab is the fastest way when you already know which company you need to access. The Dashboard is more suitable when you want to browse by model.
### Domain
The section of **Domain** allows you to set up a custom address for your clients to access the platform — such as `crm.yourcompany.com.br` —, removing any visual mention of Bolten.
#### Why set up your own domain?
With a custom domain, your client's experience is 100% whitelabel. They access the system through your brand's URL, see your logo, your colors — without knowing the technology behind it is Bolten. This strengthens the perception of value and professionalism in your operation.
#### How it works
You have two setup options:
1. **Subdomain of your own domain:** for example, `system.youragency.com.br`. In this case, you'll need to configure a DNS record pointing to Bolten.
2. **Bolten subdomain:** for example, `youragency.bolten.io`. This option is faster and doesn't require DNS configuration.
The process starts here in the Partner Area, in the Domain section. You enter the desired address, save it, and the system will provide the information needed to complete the setup.
Learn more about the full step-by-step in [Domain Setup](https://bolten.gitbook.io/bolten-docs/configuracoes-avancadas/configuracao-do-dominio).
> **Attention:** it's not possible to use routes from a domain that is already active. For example, if `youragency.com.br` already has a published page, you won't be able to use `youragency.com.br/crm`. The solution is to use a **subdomain**, such as `crm.youragency.com.br`.
### API Keys
The section **API Keys** (or API Keys) is where you create and manage the keys that allow Bolten to integrate with other tools and external systems — such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or any other platform that communicates via API.
#### What is an API Key?
It's a unique credential that authenticates your requests to the Bolten API. Each key is associated with your partner account and grants access to the available resources according to your permissions.
#### What you can do in this section
* **Create a new key:** click the **+ API Key** button in the top right corner, give the key a descriptive name (for example, "n8n key") and click **Generate**.
* **Copy the key:** after generation, the key will be displayed on the screen. Click it to copy it automatically to the clipboard.
* **Delete a key:** if you no longer need a key, click the trash icon next to it to remove it.
> **⚠️ Important:** copy and save your key immediately after generating it. It **cannot be recovered** later. If you lose it, you'll need to create a new one.
Learn more about how to authenticate requests and the available endpoints in [API](https://bolten.gitbook.io/bolten-docs/configuracoes-avancadas/api).
**Next steps:** if you're just getting started, we recommend following the [Launch checklist](https://bolten.gitbook.io/bolten-docs/ativacao-da-marca/checklist-de-lancamento) to make sure everything is configured before inviting your first clients.
